Being an online buddy sounds good to me. I have lost 18lbs so far an as for the gym I have just been walking on the tredmill for 60 minutes

I am 11 days post op just had my f/u I lose 15lbs an just started mushy foods. I do fill a little restriction but not much don't go 4 my first fill until March 27

Was just banded on 2/17 and my port is 3 inches above my belly button.

I had my surgery on Feb. 16, 2012 and ever since then I have been having left shoulder pain on and off. Does anyone else have this and how long does it last.
