December 26th is my date!

Just found out and now I am anxious. I was feeling good about it until now. I go Monday or Tuesday for the pre-op registering and then Wednesday I go to my doctor for the leg scan and talk with the nutritionist. Finally!

Leg scan?

  • Author

My doc does a leg scan for clots before and after surgery.

Never heard of that before, but it sounds like a good idea.

I'm happy to see someone else is having their sleeve surgery on December 26th. Saw my surgeon yesterday and I'm all set for my surgery. I'm to start an Atkins diet this weekend, which is basically lots of Protein and low carbs. Good luck with your pre-testing...hope it all goes well.
