  1. I try for 800 cal/day. I always try to eat protein first to try to get to 80g/day. Don't always get there
  2. Oh yes. I stalled at three weeks and it lasted for SIX WEEKS! Yuck!! It was frustrating, but just keep doing all the right things and you will keep losing.
  3. I couldn't reach my butt anymore to wipe it. I didn't go in a moment too soon. That's all I know.
  4. Hey, did my address go through? Sometimes there is a lag on the inbox messages of about a day sometimes :s
  5. This is like no other thing you've done before. I felt the same way, but it's easy to stay encouraged when your efforts are rewarded with loss. Just don't let the stalls get you down, because they will happen, but it's a normal part of the process. (If you hit any). Go get it!!
  6. I've gone from D to C as well. At my goal weight, I think I will be a B cup, as that is what I was last time I weighed that much.
  7. Good Job Bigkim!!! soon to be L'ilKim!!
  8. YAAAAAYYY!!! Feels good to break the stall!!!
  9. They just have to cram corn into EVERYthing. Makes me so darn mad!!! Quit paying farmers to grow corn that we have too much of!! ARGH!!! Our health is paying for it. The wheat's not much better the way it is grown these days. Just not natural, maaaan. Sorry.....rant over...
  10. I agree the head and the heart have to be dealt with before you make this kind of a plunge so you don't endanger your health. That said... As addicted as I was to cream filled, fatty, sugary, tasty things....my tastes have TOTALLY changed. The other night I went to a tea and I saved my calories all day for it. I decided for the first time to "splurge" a little bit. None of it tasted good at all. The next day I felt like hammered poo. My low carb yogurt and grape nuts tasted SOOOO good!! My head thinks it wants goodies, but my body violently disagrees! Soo....there's that. Everyone is a little different.
  11. I try to measure once a month. Otherwise, if the scale is not moving, I'll measure for encouragement, because I know there will be movement there!
  12. Love and respect yourself NOW and live your life and have fun TODAY! Don't "wait until you're thinner." GO..... NOW! "GET ON YOUR BIKES AND RIDE!" --Freddie
  13. The pain will fade for you both. You will look back one day and say WHEW!!! You did the right thing for you AND for him. You both deserve fiery passion in a marriage. Not years of resentful bitterness. Go get yours!
  14. OH wow...this is tough. Not easy to answer, but I don't suggest marrying a guy that you will be divorcing or wishing you could divorce. Life would be hell going into it with the feelings you have already. Not saying you should just give up and dump him, but consider your future, and his, if you go through with it to spare his feelings, or money. (not that you would.....) I've been married 13 years, and together with my husband for 17, and I am only more attracted to him every day. Have been since the moment I laid eyes on him. Literally. I told the girl standing next to me, "THAT'S the guy I'm gonna marry!!" And i did. He makes my heart go "pitty pat" and when I do the laundry, I take extra time to smell his shirts! My "happy place" is laying with him on the couch, my head on his chest. I could stay there forever. I can't imagine being without him. That's how marriage should feel.
  15. YAAAAYY!! Congrats!!
  16. I chased it with low sugar apple juice or grape juice and did the hold-my-nose thing. Seemed to work.

    YIKES!!
  18. Wow, no, I can't say I've had that problem at all. In fact, quite the opposite. I was sleeved on 2/13, and I can eat ANYthing. I really do have to be careful lest I forget myself. I also started at 340, and I'm down...what...56? 57? Depends on which scale I use I'd say getting some type of diagnostic test done would be a good start. Shouldn't be like that! Make someone listen to you!!!
  19. I don't know how ANYone stomachs Starbucks! Hahaha... I looooove coffee and am currently enjoying a cup or two a day. At first I would have a few sips then half a cup now just normal. Be sure to keep up on reflux meds if prescribed!
  20. Holy fish paste BatMan!!!! 30 pounds?!?!? You are doing fiiiine!!!! Just relax and enjoy the ride. Most of us stall at 3 weeks anyway. It's just something that happens, even to the strictest rule follower. No worries!
