My Booty Nsv!
Ok. This was awesome! My husband has a habit of walking past me and smacking me a good one on the butt. Usually too hard and I have to whine at him. So tonight, I was wearing a pair of jeans I haven't worn in years. I was showing him the pants and I said "go ahead! Smack it!" He said Nooooo, it's too small and delicate, I might break it! HAAA!!!! He called my butt small and delicate!! He's never said anything on me was small OR delicate! (It's not really small by many definitions, but I guess compared to what he was USED to looking at....) YESSSS!!!!

Wish They Would Come Out With Something New Besides Sleeve.
D- it wouldn't have lasted, and you know it. The only reason I could stand the pre op liquids, is because I knew help was on the way. This is the first time in my entire life I truly feel in control of my stomach. It's just a whole different ball game now. I don't just WISH I could stop eating. I HAVE stopped and it's glorious! Trying to live on 800 calories pre op? OOOOOO forget it!! I'd have KILLED someone with one of their own limbs! (I was raised by a southern woman...I know what that's like )

Omgosh
Daily fluctuations are just so very normal. No worries. That's one of the reasons you DON'T want to weigh every day. You need a broader scope on your progress. The day to day adjustments your body is making can be frustrating to watch. Just don't look.....just don't look

Stalls Suck
I was freaking out too! I'm 11 weeks out. Once my stall broke I lost about 16 more pretty quickly. I made sure to log my food again and not go over 800 calories, get as much liquids in as possible and at the gym, I cut out weights and increased the cardio, and that seemed to bust it open. I really shaved off unnecessary carbs. Something in there helped.

You go girl!!! It's awesome to see that "3" disappear! I'm glad all the downers are turning out to be for the best.

Stalls Suck
They do suck. A LOT. Mine lasted 6 weeks. That doesn't mean yours will. I got frustrated the first 2 weeks, so I got sloppy. I think that's why mine endured. I think most people stall for maybe a week or two. Just don't let yourself slide. Stay tough and follow the rules.

Medic Alert Bracelet ?
There is also a problem with steroids. I have retinal leaks and was already told by my retinal specialist to avoid them and my surgeon said to avoid them as well. I need to ask him why, because I don't remember what he said. I was so nervous when I spoke to him that it all flew out of my head.
