Deodorant

Okay, apparently I've upped my sweaty workouts past the point that my current deodorant can handle it. I don't mind the sweat, but I do mind the smell. Any tips on deodorant? Or do I just get used to smelling like I did hard labor on a prison chain gang in the Florida sun???

Yep... What she said. Sometimes just switching will help too.

I use the Degree Clinical Strength because I felt like my old degree just wasn't doing enough! Now I enjoy raising my arms because it smells so good. lol. I know...im a little odd!

I have noticed my deoderant is not working as well as it used to. I use Secret but not clinical strenth. I will be trying that next!

High protein diets are often stink inducing. I remember this from years of doing Atkins.

Hmmm...I didn't know this. Thanks for the info! :)

yup what she says. I can remember sitting next to someone that did Atkins and all I could think of what he smells like meat. :)

I have been using degree and I haven't noticed an issue with stink. I have been known to add a refresher layers late afternoon at times. Also if you are taking really HOT showers that can increase stink too.

I use Mitchum for ladies. It advertises that's it's so strong you can miss a day and they are right. Lol. I love it.

Lol @ stink inducing!! I've def been a lil more ripe since I started this! Thank god I noticed before anyone did. #mustsmellgood!

I alternate different deodorants when they seem to stop working. I am currently using Secret Clinical Strength.
