Samething as me today. I am constantly manipulating ratios week by week just to see what happens. Yesterday was a high stress day for me as I had to call a diver to get a huge rope out one of my propellers "wheels". I ate 932 calories though 86pro , 67 carbs, 36 fats. That was one of the best days eating wise as far as volume. Today I can already tell My stomachs sick so its gonna be not much today. Todays gonna be a Water and Protein shake day.

It just our bodies adjusting to something.

Daily fluctuations are just so very normal. No worries. That's one of the reasons you DON'T want to weigh every day. You need a broader scope on your progress. The day to day adjustments your body is making can be frustrating to watch. Just don't look.....just don't look
