  3. I actually had that problem before I ever took my first vitamin. remember: liquid in, liquid out. I do hate taking vitamins though.
  4. OH yes. The hair goes through a thinning, but by all accounts, it grows back. I'm waiting for the growing back part as we speak.
  5. You've consulted your surgeon about this?
  6. Wow. We were sleeved on the exact same day. I thought 86 lbs was doing pretty good. You've done GREAT! Start logging your food and try to get that exercise in! Sodas are toxic waste. Even if there was no controversy over sodas and sleeve stretching...just read the ingredients. You can clean car batteries with that stuff! BLECH! (former DC addict speaking;) ) I honestly think they kept me fat somehow. I get really thirsty and try to chug drinks and just can't do it. I take a few swallows and then wait a bit then a few more. Then I have to wait a longer time or I'll feel sick. Everyone's drinking returns at different rates I guess.
  7. Let's see.. I had an early meeting, so i had a protein bar for breakfast a salad for lunch that had spring greens, grilled chicken, fat free feta, tomatoes, walnuts, a few cranberries and raspberry walnut vinaigrette (all trader joes) dinner...leftover spaghetti and meatballs (about 1/2 cup with one meatball) and later i had 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with some strawberry goop in it. YUM. And I'm usually checking in at around 800 calories for the day.
  8. An oz. of prevention- once this feels better-- start throwing a 1/4 cup of Fiber One in your yogurt every day. I can't live without that stuff. It's just enough to....well...... stay happy.
  9. Ahhh yes.... reminds me of my $125 piece of pizza in "ought two." (EMG room visit. They give you GREAT drugs for a gall bladder attack Take care of yourself.
  10. AWWWWWWW What a great feeling!!! Congratulations!!!!!

  12. Do a search for MFP or My Fitness Pal on this forum and there are several threads where you could get probably dozens and dozens of people on here and their MFP usernames. Mine is dooter69.
  13. It's kinda crazy that antibiotics are given as a cure for yeast, since the antibiotics kill off everything that then allows the yeast to thrive and grow. It's kind of like throwing gasoline on a fire to put it out. The yeast has to be literally starved to death. Take away its food source and it dies. Check out that website I put above. Its very interesting.
  14. I think i've heard of one or two on this site with a problem. Go to this website, there's lots of help for systemic yeast overgrowth: www.yeastinfectionadvisor.com It helped me get rid of intestinal yeast i'd been battling for years without knowing the root cause of my symptoms. It manifests in ways like oral thrush. Interesting reading...

  16. Is there a chic fil a? Thy have grilled chicken bites or a fruit and grilled chicken salad.
  17. In my limited six months of experience-- the "stall" or plateau-- precedes a nice drop! It's a pattern I can count on. after a week or two of not losing, I'll drop another ten in record time. No worries. Your body knows what to do, and trust me it'll do it.
  18. I'm aiming for Ethiopia , I don't care what anyone says! LOL
  19. Hahaha that thing told me I'm 100% fatter than everyone in the world!! Go to my profile and look at current pic and tell me that's true! LOL
