Hair Loss?

During my 12 week class we were told that we could experience hair loss after surgery but its something that will grow back and that makes me extremely scared. I have Dreadlocks and they are much of my identity and culture. I just keep playing in my head my locks falling out and me just holding them and crying. lol a bit extreme but so true.

So has anyone experienced hair loss?? And if so how bad was it and was it noticable

Hair loss is a real possibility and if you go to the search feature at the upper right of the screen and search hair loss you will get a lot of discussion, info and stories. Just as a start, getting all your protein, using biotin supplements and some other hair treatments like Nioxin can help.
