    Breast?

After 80lbs, my breast are still in good shape. Have hope ladies. I use palmers firming lotion and vitamin oil on them twice a day (immediately after I shower at night and in the morning). I have 18lbs to go to my goal. I have noticed a little of excess skin but I have watched the skin firm and adjust as well, I know its the firming lotion. In the beginning I was using pure shea butter, the kind that you get from places like the african street festival. I have gone from a 40 DDD to a 36D/C (I was this size freshmen year of college) they aren't perky but they are not saggy. I also take biotin and drink water. Hope this helps

Hungry As Hell, But Scared To Eat. It Hurts Going Down!

I had this problem, I absolutely hated to eat and I feared that I would become malnourished. I felt like my throat was too small for the food and that it would some how burst, lol. I am now 5 months out and although it is much better I still sometimes have this problem. What worked for me was finding foods that went down easy and caused the least discomfort. Soups, applesauce, jello and oatmeal was my saving grace and the only solid foods I would eat. I also juiced and made smoothies in the blender. The beginning is hard because you get tired of eating the same ol thing but it will get better
  6. I'm glad I found "The Greatest Love of All" in me. R.I.P Whitney Houston

  7. I stepped on the scale and realized I made it to "Onderland"!!!! I was in so much disbelief I weighed myself repeatedly throughout the day. This is such an amazing feeling, I feel like God has given me my second wind. My motivation has definitely been fueled. I am setting a new goal to lose 25lbs by spring break. I know now that I can truly do anything that I put heart and faith into :)

    Weigh In On The Sleeve

Hi Chyna, I got sleeved this past september when I was 25 and it was the best choice I have ever made. I have tried dieting and exercise for years consistently but it was never enough, I needed help. It is a great decision and a lifestyle change. Its still hard, but knowing you have this tool will keep you motivated. Congratulations on moving in the right direction. I'm here if you have any questions.

So far everything is still intact. I am losing weight in the right areas. My only concern is a little bit of bat wings on my arm but then again I have not been exercising. I still have my

  12. Today is my 1 month surgerverasary!!! This has been the longest month food wise but I do not regret a day. I totally look at food differently, i have more energy, my clothes fit lighter, and I am down 24lbs. :) I have been on a stall for the past week, hopefully it ends soon

    Couch Potato to 5K

This sounds like a great program. I am going to go ahead and join the party, I always wanted to run. I am still early out but jogging shouldnt be that bad on my body. I found the app on my BlackBerry

    3 week post-op

It depends on how far out of surgery you are. I started eating oatmeal on my second week but only a very small amount. I too was hungry and just missed eating. I had a lot of trial and error. The sleeve is no joke, if it does not want to digest the food you will feel like you're choking or throw it up. Popsicles became my friend and those Naked drinks went down good
