  1. Relpax is small, I would not expect you to have a problem with it. As for the Valtrex, cut it in half or ask for a liquid version.
  2. Back to basics. You know what to do if you lost 140 lbs.
  3. Remember, that anything worth having is worth working for!
  4. Slow and steady, but limit your eating to 20-30 minutes. Discuss a fill with your doctor. I can tell you this... if you eat for longer than 30 minutes your stomach starts to empty out, and you can actually eat way more than you need.
  5. I agree... talk to your doc, you may get insurance to pay for skin tightening.
  6. Common. I got stuck on soft scrambled eggs. Take it slow and you will learn your new limits. Sorry about the PB, but now you know! By the way, I eat NO rice, an d very little pasta. It is a problem food for me.
  7. Hiccups were my signal that I ate too much too fast. Try to slow it down and chew, chew, chew!
  8. I hit 1 year October 31st! We are all new people now! Keep up the good work and Happy "Bandiversary" to you! Great work!
  9. Regular soups are OK, just watch the salt! Try Unjury chicken soup mix!
  10. What are you a masochist. Just turn it off!
  11. I agree, watch the salt and start walking! Pay close attention to the mushies. Some things that go down well are are all that good for you. Try logging your food.
  12. Great attitude! Love the mantra!
  13. Take your husband to seminars with you. This is a lifetime journey and you will need all the support you can get. We will always be here for you!
  14. It was called surgery for a reason. Give yourself a break. Make sure you are sipping all the time and get in your fluids. Take the work day slow and easy and give yourself permission to rest when you get home. Your body is still recovering. It WILL GET BETTER!
  15. My band and plication was October 2011.
  16. Watch out for soft flour tortillas too!
  17. Keep to the program. Everyone has ups and downs. Measure and weigh your portions to determine if you are eating the right amounts.
  18. I could donate as well. I have gone down in band size from 40 to 34, but still DD. Granted a portion of that is the left over skin! LOL! You will do fine as the rest of your body catches up, it will look proportioned.
  19. Fabulous progress! You go girl!
  20. Keep with the doctor's orders! It will be worth it in the end.
