I agree, watch the salt and start walking! Pay close attention to the mushies. Some things that go down well are are all that good for you. Try logging your food.

My surgery was on Oct 25, surgery weight 274.2. At 14 days post op my weight was 262.6, end of my full liquid diet. Then I started the mushy stage. I am now 17 days post surgery, current weight 265.6. I am 8.6 pounds down. I need help with my weigh loss? Why did I gain weight?
