ok help please...I have no energy at all I have tried to drink more water cause I thought it was dehydration, but thats not it. So I would like to start exercising but by the time I get home I am exhausted. So my question is can anyone suggest something that is not a diet pill that I can drink to give me that little boost of energy after work to get a work out in??? Got the gym membership and really want to use it.

Just got a fill after not getting one for ten months back on liquids for two days...excited about starting over!!!

day two of the liquids only kinda grumpy but following the rules... mind over stomach today...

no I got mine back in august and only got one fill lost job which means I lost insurance and just gave up so I decided three weeks ago to start back over got a fill scheduled in three weeks and trying to get back on the wagon. I really want to do well and I am back to work and most of the stress in my life is gone so I am mentally really just need to get thru the desire to eat mindlessly pulled out my books and got back on this site to get the encouragement and people who understand. thank you for understanding

since I have gotten sick two nights in a row from overeating I realize I need to go back to square one and started on protein shakes and liquids again. ok this is so ridiculas I started to cry because I was drinking a protein shake instead of food....really!!!! it didn t taste bad...I think gonig and getting my bosses lunch didn t help...ok sucking it up and putting big girl panties on...

donuts get stuck then you will have to run to the bathroom and get sick mess up your mascara....be red faced...not worth it...

for me personally there are people who are just negative in life in gerenal and no matter what they go thru it they will twist it to be negative and the same goes for positive people so if someone took offense the no big deal its either half full or half empty you choose how to take it someone else can not make you feel a certain way...I am just saying... I had a rough time but I choose to work thru it and move on not dwell or scare people with it my rough experience. Smile be happy your alive and working towards a healthier you!

I may be over weight but I raised three great kids I have been with my husband for 19 years and I have alot of great qualities so I don t see my value only being what my body looks like. Yes I got lapband and it will be nice to get in smaller clothes...but do not judge yourself solely on your weight...

I just laugh when I see my 35ish friends posting bikini pictures and then you see there daughters do the same thing lile mother like daughter its sad cause your just raising vain children...I tell my sons if they have nothing else in there life to be proud of then there body then those girls have nothing. nope he has geat grades and has a girlfriend already and she is a nice girl not a fastass making duck face girl...
