Coffee may help you "go" for several reasons. It's hot. Drinking warm liquids such as coffee or tea, especially in the morning, is often suggested to relieve constipation. It's a liquid. Although coffee was always thought to be dehydrating, this is not the case. Since getting enough fluids can help keep you regular, a cup of joe counts toward your daily fluid consumption. The caffeine in coffee stimulates the muscles in your digestive tract to contract, making you have to head to the potty
  2. Go to Amazon or itunes and look under fitness music, there are tons to choose from. Great job getting back to the gym!
  3. I have not tried any of these. One that is great tasting but a little high in calories is the Shamrock Rockin Refuels. They have 20 grams of protein and the vanilla one taste just like melted icecream:-)

Totally drink coffee to help with the potty issue.
  5. I went without a bra as much as possible. I just wore a undershirt under my clothes, but then for work I had to wear something. Sports bras worked the best. On a good note, that spot healed the quickest.
  6. I did not know this had a name. It happened to me 2 times in the middle of the night. I woke up thinking somehow I was drowning. Wow it has a name, thanks
  7. I guess I shoud check the one on my butt since i have lost so much. I did not even think of them changing.
  8. i sure hope it does grow back, thanks everyone
  9. I am in the same boat. Somedays I expect to get out of the shower and look like Mr. Clean so much is coming out. Everyone says not to stress, but I really don't want to be bald. I also take Biotin, my multivitimans, special shampoo yet it keeps coming out:(
  10. I had my surgery April 16th. My hair loss is pretty significant but I would still rather be thin with thin hair:-)
  11. geez i hope i don't get hair on my ass and not my head:-)
  12. Okay I am getting worried here. Can I actually go bald? I use special shampoo, Nioxin. I take Biotin each day. I eat 50-60 grams of protein each day.My hair is falling out at an alarming rate. Any advice? Anyone actually lose all their hair?
  13. I used Dr. Verboonen, he was great. I currently weigh 134 and love it!
  14. If you do not plan on having kids I would suggest the Novassure (not sure of spelling) ablasion. No more periods is awesome!
  15. Whoot whoot, awesome job! What an inspiration, keep up all the hard work.
  16. Check out TJ Mexico. I was sleeved in April for 4,500 and let me tell you it was the best decision i have ever made. I love having the sleeve.
  17. I had my sleeve in Mexico and LOVE it. I used Dr. Verboonen, the facility was clean and the staff was very kind. You will only have on regret....that you did not do it sooner:-)
  18. I take a Bioten small gel cap without any issues. However even with the Bioten and special shampoo Nioxen my hair is still falling out:(
  19. Check out online the BariWise products. They are really good and lots of protein.
  20. Don't get frustrated, get protein:-) Look up Bariwise products. They have a wild berry that goes in water and taste just like fruit punch!. Protein, water and exercise and the weight WILL come off.
  21. If they don't pay for it be a self pay in Mexico. I love my sleeve and only paid 4,500. People are just rude and think that heavy people can just diet. Well mister dip **** why didn't we all think about that:-) Hang in there do everything insurance says and hit Mexico if necessary. This surgery is awesome!!
  22. You may not be able to exercise by using your ankle, but you can do stuff that does not require an ankle. Bicep curls, crunches, tricep extensions. Just get body parts moving. The weight will come off, trust all of us on this site. Just make sure your mushies serve a purpose. Take protein first even though they are strange to mush:-)
  23. Awesome work! Go get fitted for a bra if you have not, that is crazy different too.
  24. Mine was close to a week after surgery. Remember we are not taking in as much food so the out put will not be much either. I am 3 months post op and only go 1 - 2 times a week:-)
