  2. Im with Susan,,,, I never had any problems before and Im almost 6 months out...I stopped taking them at 4 months and then anything I ate I felt crappy so went back on them and doing fine again. So I think I will be a lifer
  3. Absolutely Amazing.......You look Fabtastic
  4. Susan said it perfectly and I do the same, we got this surgery so we cant and wouldnt be able to eat a whole pizza anymore...one or two slices is what "normal" people do or should eat....Just make sure that you are still getting your protein in and exercise and live life happy with no more regrets
  5. Shellyac....wait until you are done having kids. The skin will stretch and you will have to get the stretch marks and the loose skin removed again so if you get the tummy tuck first it will be a waste of money....wait until you are all done and it will look amazing
  6. I eat 6 times times a day and im hungry 6 times a day.I asked my surgeon and he said its normal but to.make.sure I stick to mainly protein so I don't risk weight gain after my body has adapted to my sleeve.
  7. Sounds like we are in kinda the same boat.......I wore a size 26 and now am in a 16/8...I have been at 208/207 for a little while now and was sleeved in June.........Im so happy for you that you went under 200............I am waiting for my day too , keep up the good work
  8. Well I have had one but I got it done about 5 years ago and even though I was still over 200 pounds when I got it , after having a child it looked like my butt was in front.......I had VSG surgery in June and my stomach is flat looking in my clothes......I would absolutely do it over again...I will be honest with you though it was probably the worst surgery recovery wise I have ever done....the VSG surgery I had no pain , took no medication and felt great. I have a big pain tolerance but it was no match for this surgery.....make sure you have family available for the first week, all day and night.....you cant sit up by yourself or lift anything and you wont want to...you will also need someone you are comfortable with to use the restrooms........But after all said and done , yes I would do it again.......but I still remember what I had to go thru and it wasnt fun........Just my journey , others might have weathered better............Good luck on your journey
  9. I ate between 6 to 8 times a day,my surgeon says its ok and normal just make sure you eat protein and not carbs I am almoast 6 months out and still eat about 6 times a day and don't always stick to just protein and have still been going down on the scale.
  10. I am having the same problem, pleas message Alex and let him know you are having the same issue
  11. I am using Microsoft xp and resolution is 1024 by 768,,,thank you for your help/time.
  12. I am having issues with the new site too, I cant read all the posts because they are all bunched together...I contacted the site about 2 weeks ago but have had no response
  13. Unfortunately they dont get smaller....Spider Veins are superficial and will always be clearly seen on the surface, usually do to working on your feet for years and genetics also play a part...Varicose Veins are the deeper bigger ones and again unfortunately when you loose weight the fat around them disappears and makes them more prominent.......There are no creams that will make them better or lighter so dont buy into the infomericials........I work in the Vascular Surgery Clinic and trust me if there was a golden ticket we would be handing them out daily ........Good luck on your weight loss journey
  14. Just radiant
  15. Im the same as southern sleever,I have stalled since day of surgery, I go 3 to 4 weeks with nothing then drop 4 to 5 pounds ...mentally is very frustrating but am getting a little better dealing with it.....stay strong, stay positive ..........good luck to you on your journey
  16. I would like to order the one of you standing sideways in a 20x20 glossy print please.......All I can say is WOW WOW WOW
  17. Hey Raine, I know its tough but will be so much better for you in the end....I smoked for 25 years from the time I was 15 to 40, just quit a couple of years ago........I did research on a hypnotherapist who guaranteed you to quit in one time.........I figured that I was worth it and would spend the money, I had tried pills,Patches, fake ones, duct tape ...it didnt matter nothing worked. I had 4 cartons at home when her appointment came. She told me to bring my cigarette pack in with me so I figured in lame fashion she would have me break them in front of her so I brought another pack in my car just in case it didnt work .. I chained smoked all the way down there lol.........After our session I drove home in traffic and didnt want one, ate dinner and didnt crave one, woke up the next morning and I usually would cough , light a cigarette and grab a coffee.........I woke up didnt want a cigarette or coffee......... I have had stressfull issues in my life with my 19 year old she devil and my mother at that period too and not once in the last 3 years have I craved a cigarette...In my work all my patients but a handfull smoke or are forced to quit and I have never went back. Its like she removed that portion of my life and I didnt have to go through painfull withdraws..........Just thought I would share my experience with you and whatever choice you make wanted you to know that when you are truly ready to quit , you will
  18. Yes it is a great mushy food........I made mine at home during this stage and ate it all day long......I just took Water and chicken broth and brought to a boil , beat an egg and very very slowly drizzled into broth and it was delicious and egg is great Protein ........Homemade refried Beans are great tasting and good protein with some melted cheese as well or Mashed potatoes at KFC but not as healthy as the other choices......Good luck on your journey
  19. You look like a totally different person....you look absolutely amazing
