its my 1 anniversary today im so excited115pds down!! im loving the new me!! This has been amazing journey!! and i still have work to do 20pds away from my goal!

so let me update everyone i 6months post-op on feb 2. 87pounds down and feeling great!!working out 4-5 times out of the week and enjoying my new body.

yes me to i blech no more naseau as of now. but i was tld to really take my time sipping and no straws cause alot of air in the belly and gas pain. i got my surgery on 8/2 too -

it will be okay trustme my highest was 295pd i know how u feel. are you allowed to have vegetables. also the sugar free popsicles help too. i just got sleeved on thursday now im forcing myself to drink liquids who would ever think. im here if u need me. keep your eyes on the prize -
