Only Clear Liquids Tomarrow, The Day Before My Surgery... Help!

So I have been on my protein shake diet for 7 days now, I have lost 13.8lbs so far. Tomarrow is clear liquids only because it is the day before my surgery. I know I can't have any shakes so what do you recomend besides water, chicken broth, and sugar free jello (that's not red)? My surgery is at 6:30 a.m thurday aug 2nd and my nurves have kicked in. When I think about it I feel sick to my tummy.

Lots of water, and just keep telling yourself it's only one day. Keep your eye on the prize and don't worry too much about the moment. You WILL make it!

I'm also having d sleeve done on August 2. Soooo nervous.lol. wish us both luck. Why can't u have red hello? I just bought some.

Fruit juice. I also savored one last sprite. It was delicious.

When I was at the store the other day I saw some Ensure clears. You could check with your doctor and see if those are fine. I just had a bunch of water and jello the day before surgery I think. It made me so tired I passed right out at bedtime! =p
