  6. I technically wasn't given an amount. I'm down #40 in 6 weeks. My goal is 40 more. My doc felt I'd lose about 70 -/+. I barely met the 40 BMI requirements to begin with
  7. Finally after a week plus plateau I have hit ONEDERLAND!!!!! Lowest I have been since 2010!!!

I pretty much have been the same do I carefully measure my portions according to my eating plan and only eat that amount. I had surgery 10/22 and I've lost 35. But I've come to realize that measuring every thing I eat is going to be my way of life. I feel content.. Not hungry, not full. Talk to your doctor too, you may have something else going on
  9. My surgery was 10/22. Words can't describe how amaing I feel. Im down 30#'s and just a few shy from Onederland!! I feel more blessed than I even know how to express.

It's amazing how much better you feel after a couple days. Well, not everyone I guess, but I sure did. I had a ton of energy and just wanted to keep moving. Good luck! Glad to hear its going so well for you!

I have started walking more and much faster, doing squats, and lifting light weights. I have started wearing my work clothes to prepare going back tomorrow. I get tired if I over do, but I am sleeping great and therefore I feel great in the morning (so then I over do lol). My family and friends are so supportive and my daughter is adapting well too!

I couldn't have done it w/out the support from here and the friendships I have made!

Anyone having surgery in Oct ?

@@miiasan I'm so happy to hear that!!! I had my surgery on 10/22 and I'm Honestly starting to freak out!! Was planning to call office tomorrow. I lost 14# right off and now only a pound since. I'm exercising all the time and measuring my portions precisely. Maybe I'm overly anxious?? Lol But thank you for sharing... I feel much better!!!

Anyone having surgery in Oct ?

I see so many of you got pain meds ???? that was not an option for me other than Tylenol. I finally begged for one dose but then I noticed it didn't work for me ... Oh well lol I'm Home and feel great other than a twinge here & there. I'm more concerned I don't feel that 'fullness' after drinking & eating. Started mushy foods last night and I don't feel any different after eating that before. That scares the crap out of me!!!
