I agree with Sramos, what is done is done and all you can do is live and learn from your mistakes. No one will be perfect on this journey, I know I havent!

It's a personal choice, and should be up to you, if you dont feel comfortable with RNY, I wouldnt do it. I have seen others on here and other WLS forums who have lost 200+ pounds, even a man who has lost 300 pounds with the sleeve!

Sometimes I feel like I will never get to goal, but I know it is doable

I hope things go fast and smoothly for ya! Some of the appointments I had to wait months for so it held up my process.

Also if you havent taken all your measurements make sure you do! I didnt and I regret it.

I feel the same way, glad to hear that Im not the only one struggling with this.

I have been struggling lately too, its very frustrating, I have made some bad choices and I dont want to fall back into those habits that got me so fat.

Thanks, I know I have, I would have never dreamed of losing 100 pounds before and I am proud of myself.

It gets to me sometimes when I see people that have had surgery around the time that I did, or started out weighing less then me losing weight so much faster then me! I always told myself pre-op I would not compare myself to others, but days I get down on myself I do.

I was very good on my water intake yesturday and weighed today and was down a pound, not sure if that has something to do with it or not, there are days I am really bad with my fluid intake.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone, no one I know in RL has surgery and sometimes they dont understand what we go threw so I am very happy to have this site and the support, it means so much to me

I am very bad at exerciseing! Thats one thing I need to make a everyday thing, I will do it a few times, then go weeks without doing any (I know, horrible).

I kinda figured once I lost a good amount I would want to and enjoy it, I think Im going to check out a few gyms, I have been thinking about the community center near my house, I hear they have a decent gym, plus I would be walking there which would be a plus lol.

Thanks for the comment though, I just felt so overwhelmed today, we just need to take it one day at a time.

They were I would have been more creative but all I had was some sausage and onions, I think some peppers and mushrooms would have been good in them too
