I think I've seen improvement on the stretch marks around my tummy region, but the ones on my arms seem ti be getting worse. The saggy skin didnt bother me so much until I went to the gym today( my first time in about 3 weeks) and it was annoying. Congrats on your upcoming sleeve surgery! I wish you nothing but the best
