1. Congratulations! My story is similar! Just had my gall Bladder removed and have fallen off the wagon too! Determined to get back on and take control of my Life! Following you in your Journey!!!
2. Hi I just got my 4th Fill. Now have 6.3 cc in a 10 CC band. As per my Doc. the suggested thumb Rule for the number of fills is about 3 fills a year and the best judge when it’s the right time for the next fill - is the patient himself. If i can start eating sushi, feel famished every 3 hours etc. etc. I know its time for the next fill! PS: Still waiting for the elusive “sweet spot”
3. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />Hi had my surgery more than a year ago, have lost 60 odd pounds – My problem is recently when I consume splenda I get severe Abdominal pain and cramps ; the splenda can be in the form of crystal light or with my coffee. I was wondering if any other member have experienced this? Earlier I would pop a Tums or a Gasx to get rid of the cramps but soon they stopped being affective and did not curtail the discomfort ! I would go through bouts of agonizing pain! After a lot of trial and error I have isolated the cause to splenda! Any information would be helpful –Thanks!

5. I walk around when food gets stuck - but what has worked best for me - I play tennis on my Wii (if I am home) - Helps in three ways – 1) By concentrating on the game my attention is diverted from the PBing sensation, 2) Food goes down rather than coming up 3) Get some exercise :-)
