First focus on the great success that you've had. You've done well. Next, think about how this is going to be for YOU (while I realize it effects your kids too and you said you want to do this for your kids, do it for YOU!). Now, get back to the basics like right when you had the surgery, counting calories, protein, and macros, drinking your water, not drinking while eating, etc. It'll jump-start you back to losing again.
