Thursday   I saw 207 on the scale this morning! I need a fill, I am able to eat too much and feeling hungry! I want to wait until 199 lbs though......In January I filled to 1.5ccs, unfilled to 1.3ccs 9 days later, and filled back to 1.5ccs two weeks later. At $100 a visit that was $300 in 3 weeks.   breakfast....JackintheBox combo, ate the sausage and egg and threw out the bread, had half the hash brown.   lunch....2 beef enchiladas, 3 bites of refried beans   snack.....some beef jerky   dinner.....meatloaf, cabbage, an apricot

Feb 13 & 14

Monday   b....protein shake l.....beef caldo, 4 chips and salsa d....blackened fish, salad, broccoli, .....later a poptart   Tuesday b....coffee 10:00 ran and got a taco on my conference, bacon and egg with bean...ate the tortilla l.....handful of almonds, some jerky, a piece of cheese d....steak, salad, asparagus.....I think I need a fill   My students brought me so much crap, but all I ate was 3 chocolate covered strawberries. I brought the rest home to John. Good thing I dont have much of a sweet tooth.

Sunday Lazy sunday so far, doing about 6 loads of laundry,lol. I have bought at least 15 cute summer tops and had to get rid of 4 trash bags full of stuff that either doesnt fit, doesnt look good, or I that I just dont wear. I swear I have too many clothes. I cleaned out both my closets. Chris and Cory invited us over to BBQ later.   breakfast.....3 cups coffee, Splenda, sugarfree Caramel Vanilla creamer lunch.......bowl of stew, picked out the potatoes snack.......some pistachios supper......dont know yet..update: 2 glasses of Sauvignon Blanc premeal, 2 ribs, small piece of fajitas, some guacamole, 2 bites of beans, about an hour after dinner a cup of coffee and half piece of cake

Feb 11 208 lbs

Saturday   Double crap. I started my period today. I hate to be home on the weekends I get the munchies so bad. I am sticking with my plan and not using PMS as a reason to derail. We stayed in tonite and watched Mr. and Mrs. Smith and The Island. John poured us a glass of wine, which hit the spot and finally took the edge off my PMS crankiness, lol.   breakfast... Atkins shake lunch......... meat patty with mushroom gravy snack .........6 little meatballs snack......... 2 sugarfree life safers snack.......... some pistachios.....not "some", A LOT.....I need to get a grip snack..........4 more meatballs supper........4 glasses of Chardonnay

Friday Saw 208 this morning! Hope it stays around or goes down one more! Went to Pizza Hut tonite with a couple we hang with.   7:45 Atkins shake 10:30 handful of peanuts Lunch Taco salad, skipped the shell....no dressing, just some salsa 5:00 Atkins shake...starving waiting for John so we can go out 7:00 3 wings, small salad, 1 slice thin crust supreme pizza, 1 Michelob Ultra

Thursday I used to love to journal food when I was low carbing. I could have a week of great loss and always go back to see what I was eating. I remember thinking 'what the hell was i eating when i lost that 7 lbs in 2 weeks' and going back to SEE what i was eating. If I get a good idea of what I am actually eating maybe I can tweak something.   B- bacon and egg taco, didnt eat the tortilla L- potluck at work.....bbq brisket and sausage, pickles onions, cheese cubes and grapes, 2 big homemade cookies S- meat patty with mushroom gravy

Feb 8 ........ 210 lbs

Wednesday Ate like a pig at the superbowl party. Weighed 210 this morning but finally got my eating back on track today. I lost 4 lbs in January and nothing this month. I think I will have to start using fitday to track my calories. I wonder if I can get Dr Smith to switch me to Metformin. I hate losing this slowly, it is frustrating.   breakfast 2 scrambled eggs lunch popcorn chicken supper 4oz filet mignon with mushrooms and some broccoli

Feb 5

Superbowl Sunday   breakfast- protein drink lunch- low carb tortilla with ham and skim mozerella rolled up   Will be taking a crockpot of teriaki meatballs to the party later. I figure 3-4 meatballs and something off the veggie tray should do me for supper. The alcohol is a different story. Taking a bottle of Merlot with me, empty calories but oh-so-good.   Yeah right~~~I ate so much crap today. chips and dip, brisket, beans, tortilla chips and guacamole, etc... Gotta getta grip tomorrow.

Feb 3-4

Friday Did pretty good. They had bisquits and sausage for breakfast so I ate a piece of sausage and had an Atkins protien drink. Threw the bisquit away. We took a group of students on a field trip to the movies and they had pizza delivered to the park. One of the aids went and picked up chicken for some of us. I had most of a breast and 3-4 bites of cole slaw. Gave the bisquit and mashed potatoes away. Volunteered to serve at the lodge tonite. Stuck around and had drinks afterwards. I drank 4-5 glasses of Chardonnay. Had half a bowl of bean and bacon soup and a few bites of leftover chicken for supper when we got home.   Saturday Woke up at 7 and drank an Atkins drink. I am lazy about drinking those instead of eating something, and they really arent filling.....I just want to break the habit of skipping breakfast and they are convenient. About 10 now and ate the rest of the bowl of soup. I hope to eat a good lunch and supper today. A little hungover feeling, too much wine last night. I am sure I am a little dehydrated I have drank about 3 glasses of water already.

Feb 1st

Okay, I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 210......it has been 212-214 for so long that I dont trust it. All of January was 214ish and finally broke and went to 213-212. I am skeptical that I can lose 2.5 lbs in 2 days, yet I have been having a cycle of no lbs lost for about 2 weeks and then down 2. Still going slow.   breakfast....protien drink lunch.....ordered a salad at school and added some leftover chicken supper....went out, some chili and 3 margaritas

I weighed 213 this morning so I guess my whopping pound down for the month is going to stay down. I go for a fill tomorrow and hopefully that will get back on the losing end again! I love the idea of having a journal here. I think I will start using it to track my daily menus and weight for the week. I kept a journal like that when I was lowcarb dieting and it really helped to be able to go back to weeks with great losses and see what I was eating.

This will be the first post in my new journal. I find that I am a slow loser. Sucks. I was banded Oct. 27 and am only down 16 lbs. About half of that was in the first 2 weeks on the clear/full liquids. I have been exercising the past month though and can tell the difference in the way my clothes fit. I have some pants that are just flat too big now. The janitor at my school told me I looked thinner today......there is hope.
