I buy the 25.6 oz containers at Costco but I use so much of it, I'd love to find a cheaper alternative. I feel like they must use Benefiber at hospitals and clinics. Does anyone know where to purchase big containers? THANK YOU!

I just bought the big container at costco and started adding a little of it here and there... do you find that it really helps you "go" if you use a lot of it? In reading about it, compared to Metamucil it is dietary Fiber but not necessarily a laxative. The different types of fiber on the market confuse me right now. Fiber is definitely a hot item but I want to choose the best one and use it wisely.

Sam's club sells a huge container for a good price. Best deal on it I've ever found.

I've been using Benefiber since I had the lap band surgery one and a half years ago. It worked pretty well, but I had to use a lot more than the recommended amount. But it stopped working and I've used a lot of it. What do you think is going on?
