A while ago they used aspartame in it, and I had really bad reactions to it! But it was sooo good!

I have been using the Nutiva Hemp protein powder with fiber and its great! Especially in some chocolate soymilk or with juice! Check with a site called vitacost, they have the 3lb bag cheap! :thumbup:

Chocolate and vanilla soymilk are both very good, the plain is not that great! Definitely give ricemilk and almond milk a try, they have those in vanilla and chocolate as well! Too much soy isn't good for anyone so it's good to mix it up! :thumbup:

You can go to the OCC web site, and fill out a form and they will send you all of the information such as pricing directly to your email! Lori is extremely helpful! I got my surgery date yesterday and I am SOOOOO excited!

I have UHC as well, when I called to inquire I was told it is definitely excluded!
