Soy Milk????

I have never had Soy Milk. Does it have a good taste? I don't know why I am a little hesitant to try it:sad:. I love milk - I normally drink 1%, but would like to give Soy milk a try, as I see many bandsters use it.

    from what I know having thyroid problems Soy is not good for you if you have that...... I have tried Vanilla Almond Milk and it is really yummy.... maybe the nutritional stats are bad though ...LOL My daughter had a bit of it a couple of months ago and I tried it.

    I love vanilla /choclate soy milk.I know Weis has Silk Soy milk in half gallons...Just try it and let me know what you think !:thumbup:

    Chocolate and vanilla soymilk are both very good, the plain is not that great! Definitely give ricemilk and almond milk a try, they have those in vanilla and chocolate as well! Too much soy isn't good for anyone so it's good to mix it up! :thumbup:
