oooh, that sounds quite good.... is this in the frozen foods? Sounds like something this picky old man I have to feed might like. Gonna look for them tomorrow!

Can they be microwaved for a quick lunch, or is this a heat up the oven kinda thing?

OMG, I eat used to eat these things all the time. I like this flavor but it is not my favorite. I cant remember what the other one is called but it has little bacon bits and pepperjack cheese in it. My nutritionist said they are good calorie and fat wise but a little high in sodium. So now I just dont eat them as often. But yummm they are delicious.

For the person who asked about microwaving them, no they have to be cooked in the oven because they are raw chicken. And they are not breaded like all the pre-cooked chicken cordon bleu varieties. We have like 4-6 diff flavors at my Walmart. They are located near the meat section in the open topped freezer cases.

Sorry thinner to hijack your thread...lol. But I used to tell everyone I know about these things because they are soooo good. Do you usually eat a whole one or do you split it into two meals? I can eat a whole one but I am not sure if I am supposed to be able to :tongue2:

Heat in the oven, I put in the toaster oven. It says on the box do not microwave as it has not been pre-cooked. Takes 28 minutes too cook, and was actually good. I am going to figure out if I can make it on my own now, that I have tried it their way.

They are in the frozen meat case, near the regular meat.< /p>

I did eat the whole thing tonight, along with 1 serving of a small can of peas/carrots. I am due for my 3rd band adjustment on Friday and will be happy when I can't eat as much anymore.

I make something similar and it's easy. You just pound out the chicken breast, put some thawed, drained and squeezed dry spinach and low fat or fat free feta cheese on the chicken. I sprinkle some Greek seasoning on it, roll 'em up, close with toothpicks and bake.

Oh, I'm going to look for them again tomorrow. I ran through Walmart on my lunch break and didn't find them, but I forgot about the open freezers by the meat section.

It's about that time of year when we start cooking things in the oven. I'm in the hot part of Texas (i.e. hell) and we don't turn the oven at all until fall and winter.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
