I'm pathetic? Well, I'm so sorry I don't have a cool band like you do, but I'm still worthwhile and good and kind...

....and I know a great lasagna slushie recipe....that I'm not sharing with you, KC. So there!!

kinda - I find it pathetic that:

- You took nude pics of yourself

- What you look like

- That I looked at them in the first place

- that I took a second look and stared trying to decide if it was you or an alien being with appendages

so yes - pathetic is the word

Plain,

The pics weren't so much pathetic as just scary! I didn't know you were that uh, well, um, agile. Or that hairy. Yikes.

My vote is for alien. It explains a lot .

Anybody (RN, medical type person - not street skank druggy, please) have any idea if a couple of old cyclobenzaprines are gonna kill me? I think they're a year or so out of date. Maybe.

Spent a lot of time on that little bus, huh?

Long as you don't wash 'em down with a frosty glass of heroin all should be well. Of course, I'm not a medical person in any way, shape, or form....and I don't even play one on TV.

I'm good then. I washed 'em down with a lasagna smoothie...heavy on the parmesan cheese. Thanks for the answer. I figured you'd tell me to check with my surgeon. Sure, like I'd ever call him (again) at 1 am. That restraining order has sure put a crimp in my style. The food at the jail was nice though. And I made many new friends. Beth's vajayjay pic brought back some fine memories. I think I recognized some...uh, never mind. They never did return my "blade" though . Funny, a little time on your hands and you can create weapons from all kinds of jailhouse treasures. You should see my paperclip lap band though. Sure, it hurts a little, but no pain, no gain.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
