O happy day...o happy day. I am beginning to love Mondays:tt1:. 3 pounds this last week, which surprised me since Aunt Flow is scheduled to arrive the middle of this week! Wahoooo!!!

And for those of you who are just starting, welcome and it is never too late to join! Good luck to you all this week. Labor Day is just a month away!

Nothing for me this week... TOM was here last week so I thought I would lose SOMETHING!!! Grr. I am 4 pounds from the 100# lost mark and I think it's causing some sort of mental block. I know the rules and I know what to do so why isn't my head in the game????

Me too, Me too!! I want to play!! I soooo need this!!! Thanks! Hope its not too late!!! I was banded on 10/08 and I think I have hit a plateau.....I would really like to have lost 80 #'s by my bandversary!!!

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
