Hello, I'm also scheduled for Lap Band surgery on Feb 9, 2009.I am very , very scared. I have started my liquid diet and I can say it is so hard to have control. I did fine while I was at work just drinking my liquids but as soon as I got home I had two short bread cookies. Yes I got mentally weak but I also felt dizzy too. I'm praying that I have strength and the will power to continue though. I just need to make to surgery day. This liquid diet has me worried, I don't want to fail.
