  1. These posts are a life saver. I was banded on the 9th and then rebanded on the 10th because the 1st was to tight. I feel full and gases. I am doing my protein shakes and making sure I am getting enough in me. I find it extremely hard to keep drinking when I am so full so I am taking little drinks at a time. I am walking on the treadmill throughout the day.
  2. No fox please, gender neutral. Fortunate Febs as we are very fortunate to have this chance. Feb 9th scheduled, pre-op liquids is hard and challenging. Good luck to all.
