Everyone's doing great!

Got the sheet updated.

Nada for me this week but i'm A-OK with that. I didn't gain so I'm happy.

I hope to start going back to the gym next week. I have allergy testing on Tues so I'm aiming to start going to the Y again on Wed once I can take my meds again. Didn't want to catch anything this week while I was vulnerable, can't take my meds for a week prior to the testing.

Well, I am down 4 lbs this week, which is awesome. I have to credit my fill (and the 24 hr liquid diet that followed) for at least 2 of those lbs. Keep up the good work everyone!!!

Hello all,

I have been traveling this past month, but feel like I did will. I feel good and my clothes are loose. I didn't lose anything, but didn't gain anything either. I had my second fill last Friday and feel restriction for the first time since surgery. I am going to try for 10 pounds this month. I haven't had a lost since last month, so I am due. Take care

I am down 2 lbs this week. It was getting close to the end of the week, and I did have some birthday cake for my little girls b-day. I never thought I would loose any this week. I am also enjoying being under 250. I lost weight before I got pregnant almost 5 years ago, and got down to 245. I can't WAIT to get under that mark. It is hard to believe it has been 5 years...

Well not so good this week. I gained 1 pound. But I am not going to let that get me down. I am back on track with my exercise and diet and will continue to lose.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...
