I can't be there. Just woke up and still not feeling like moving. So sorry I am disappointed but don't want to spread my germs............laying low again today.

I am down two pounds this morning. I am shocked because I got up about 11pm last night and ate some organic cheez its I figured it was all over after that.............my body is weird!! But not complaining.

I would love to be at 208 by the next fill but I would even be happy with 210.............we'll see how it goes.

Next time let me know how I can find out the schedule in advance and maybe we can carpool to these meetings. Only thing is I prefer the meetings in Sacramento I thought there was meetings here in Sac at Point West, I just dont know the schedule. Am I a confused individual or what!

There is the Kaiser meeting here in sac...we just get together from time to time!!! Totally fun!!!!

I went to the Richmond support group once it was good...but its far and most of the people were gastric bypass....the one here at Point West was about 50/50
