So are there any ladies out there who love the Maxiglide as much as I do?

It takes 1/2 to 1/4 of the time it used to to straighten my hair. And the best part is that I dont need to religiously keep up with relaxing my hair because it comes out so straight and lasts for so long.

I love love love this product and it has saved me so much money. The only downside is that with 3 women with shoulder-length hair or longer using it on a weekly-biweekly basis we burn one out every 9 months or so. But I will continue buying it because after a month the Maxiglide has paid itself off with the money (and TIME!!!) I'm saving from having to go to the Salon.

So does anyone else use or love the Maxiglide too?

Oooh, another one to look at. I'm a daily hair straightener myself, my hair isnt very curly but quite fluffy so it doesnt take me long. But I have fragile hair and am afraid to part with my bio ionic which has IMPROVED the condition of my hair. But its getting old now - 3 years. almost time for a new one.

Get out of here! I have never heard of it but will look into it because I flat Iron my hair daily. I currently use a pair of Wigo Jade plated (yes jade, but I got them for a heck of a deal) irons. I am gonna google maxiglide right now! Thanks for the tip.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
