I am 5 days post op and id LOVE to be able to go to the yogart shop and get the sugar free flavor of the day. My dr allows all the liquids including strainded cream soups and protein drinks, sf popcicles, jellow with sf whipped topping...do you guys think it would hurt to have a little sf yogart from the yogart shop? Just wondering?:biggrin:

I dont think it would hurt but id call ur doctors office and ask to be on the safe side...u dont want to eat anything that isnt on ur list while ur healing...atleast it melts in ur mouth and it isnt "real" food...let me know what they say...good luck

No! Ice creamyogurt in it's natural state is a full liquid. I say if you find a little pleasure alone the way enjoy it!
