Are there any bandsters out there who have NEVER vomited, PBd, or slimed? I just want to know how often this happens if at all? I don't like to vomit (not that anyone likes to) but I'm a person who maybe has vomited a handful of times in my life. I'm scared to do any of these things cause I hate such events it makes me sick and I don't like the feeling. So please tell me if I follow all the rules of chewing, eating slow, small bites, not overeating that my chances of doing the above will be slim to none.

I am just beginning the process. My primary insurance is with United Health Care with Tricare Standard as the secondary. I've been to an informational meeting, asked for a referral from my PCP, and scheduled an initial appointment with a local surgeon. I guess my question is did you have any problems with Tricare? I had no problems with tricare so far, (thank goodness)! I didn't think I was going to get approved because of the awful experiences I had with the doc that gave the referral and my PCM(long story). My surgeon's nurse even said she couldn't say if I would get approved cause I have only 1 currently treated co-morb. But it was only 2 days after they sent in the paperwork that I got a call saying I was approved.

The only thing left for me to do with tricare is have my surgeon's office send in paperwork for authorization for my fills after surgery. The good thing is my surgeon doesn't charge for fills for 90 days after surgery. I have prime so I don't know if it's different with standard. Good luck, hope this helps!:biggrin:

Hi I had my surgery on july 16th and I have never vomited or slimed or pb. Nothing I am fine :biggrin: SO dont worry follow the rules and you should be fine.
