So happy this week, I'm down 3 pounds! I can tell my restriction is getting tighter, but I'm hoping a few days on liquids will help me loosen a bit. Question to the group - Has anyone had it seem like their band got tighter all of a sudden. And if so, did they just go back to liquid for a few days and then it when back to normal or did you have to have a sight unfill? Let me know.

Mine was a measley pound change but each one adds up and I also wanted to comment to Liz..

Liz I just had a fill last week thought it was perfect (still do) but this morning I woke up and I can only sip Water slowly. I should have my TOM within a day or 2 so I bet that is why. I am just going to take it easy and eat soft food and get all my Water in and I am sure it will pass. Seems like hormones to me.

STRESS!!! My house was burglarized (burgled?) Tuesday and even since my update Monday or Tuesday, I am down three pounds. Good or bad, it's gone.

Everyone is fine, neither me or my rommmate were home, but still.... UGH!!

She told me to come in so I could get a sight unfill and now I feel almost back to normal. She told me take it easy today and tomorrow and I should be able to start eating real food in a few days. Yeah your bands probably agitated at the moment so I would stick to liquids and mush for a few days. I have irritated my band before and it took a few days to feel 100% again.
