I wasn't losing anything for several weeks and now I am finally moving down again. Not sure I'll make my goal for the challenge but it should be close!

Congratulations to you guys that hit goal. I will not hit goal, but I'm okay with that. It just takes me so long to lose just one pound - I still have 7 lbs to go to hit goal, and only 5 days to go so, I doubt I will hit goal.

Again, great job everyone and now lets get on with our next challenge!

Hopefully this sticks, my stats keep getting dropped. I set my goal way too high initially I had just had surgery and thought that would continue. I have ZERO restriction right now...hoping that will change soon.

I have been stuck at 194 for 1 week. Although my total lost this month is 10lbs. thats pretty good AND I ALREADY MADE MY GOAL AND LOWERED IT AGAIN DURING THIS CHALLANGE> YEAH!

Leslie. you are a sweetheart. I love how you really care for everyone and your honesty. Stay focused and youll do anything you set your mind to do. I am trying to NOT weigh myself every morning. Its frustating to see it not move then show you gained then lost again. I imagine my poor body trying to hang on to every ounce of fat.

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

        Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
