Good info all... Did some schedule changes, and am now scheduled to be banded next Wednesday, June 18. That gives me an extra 10 days to recover for these activities. Plus, I get started sooner. Plus I have 10 less days to worry about the procedure :behindsofa:

i stayed home one day after surgery then went to work the day after. I had no choice, and I'm stubborn too. I took it easy - didnt lift anything but I felt 100%better in about 1 week. Pace yourself and know evryone is different
