My 4th Fill Today Happy

I had my fourth fill today! I'm down 4 pounds from last week. which is assume since week before that I gained few pounds then I staggerd for two weeks so I'm at my lowest 183 pds and I'm happy. The nurse told me I'm at 7.5cc so far maybe this will be my sweet spot.........:)

    I have heard a lot of people say that 7cc in a 10cc band is the spot that does it for them. Congrats and keep up the good work!
