Quaker Mini Delights - OMG

Recommended Posts

Okay, I had a coupon for the Quaker Mini Delights - so I thought, hey I will try it. Let me tell you - I am freakin hooked! I tried the Cinnamon Streusel it is seriously as good as a coffee cake - and it only has 90 calories per pack.

They are each about the size of a nickel (and you get a LOT in there). They are multi grain with a yummy icing. Here are the stats. But let me tell you, if you want something sweet - this is awesome!

90 Cal

4G Fat

0 Chol

95MG Sodium

14G Carbs

6G Sugar

1G Fiber

2G Protein

Just tried them for the first time this week. They are so tasty. I am going to have to be careful though...too good. At least they are packaged in the 90 cal. not the big bag cuz that would be gone by now

Oh, these sound delicious, I am going to go pick some up tomorrow. I like keeping small Snacks like this in my desk at work for when I get my afternoon munchies. I also like the new 100 calorie packs of almonds, those keep me full for hours.

The cinnamon streusel are just like cinnamon Buns, I LOVE THEM.

I got the chocolate drizzle ones, thought they were horrible..kind of like cardboard with unsweetened chocolate. DH didn't like them either.

I am hating y'all right now - I had a fill 2 days ago and am still on liquids. Damn Quaker Minis! I think they will be the first thing I get to "eat"

I am really glad y'all like them, let me know if the other flavors are as good as the struesel ones.

Ok, where do you get them. I went to Raleys and they didn't have them. I couldn't believe it! I tried some of the choc drizzle ones and I really liked them. Now I want to try the others. Help!

I have been a fan for quite a while! I started with their buttered popcorn flavor, which I also recommend. They recently came out with new sweet flavors--chocolate mint, Peanut Butter, and caramel. The caramel is great. I was just banded 3 days ago and yesterday was actually wondering if I would get to eat those again....sounds like I might be able to in the future.

Where I live I get them at Brookshires (my local grocer). I want to eat another pkg soooo bad, but I'm trying to be good.

RachRach, I wanted to try the buttered popcorn, but wasn't sure, but I'll try them now. I think my DH will like the cinnamon.

I gave a pack to the teacher next door and she loves them too. She's stopping on the way home to get some. I won't let the students have any, they already think that I'm their mom and think that I should have Snacks for them EVERYDAY.:bolt:

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
