Longest "30" minutes...

Recommended Posts

Until now, I hadn't been able to access anything but the first page of LBT since last night. I kept getting a blank page that said "no input file specified" every time I clicked on something.

Lauren, we were keeping you out of the loop. :wink2:

I too felt totally lost! I was on here last night when it went down and I was trying to get on every 30 minutes until 2:00am (I have trouble sleeping). Then this morning, it was still down! I didn't realise I was soooo addicted until now, lol!

Yeah, I never really think about how much time I really spend on here cruising the board for interesting reading, and a good laugh until the freaking site is down, and I CAN'T GET ON!!!

Yikes, at least you guys got back on quicker!! Mine went down around 10pm last night when I noticed, and I've checked all day every 15 minutes, and it JUST came back up for me 30 minutes ago. How did you guys get on and I couldn't??

I was completely miserable. I have been sick since Monday and with nothing to do but play on my laptop and sleep. I have been having the shakes all day, and I wasn't sure it was from the sickies or lack of LBT.

I haven't been able to get on here all day - what was going on? I didn't realize how much time I must spend looking at this site until today when I couldn't get on . . .

...so then......we are using LBT as a PSYCHIC fill???....

it ain't just me then.....

IS that how it works here? I thought I was using it like a drug addiction, but your theory sounds much better and more true.

Well, until the weather clears up here.....I can type---which I need LBT for, or snack....otherwise my hands feel lost!!!

Nope all THOSE suggestions belong in another thread!!!!

Yeah I was thinking LBT is more like a medication, keeps me sane during work.. and when I do stupid stuff to bypass my band I come here and remember why I'm doing it.

But psychic fill.. does sound better.. we go with that.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
