What Did You Eat Today???? Accountability Thread

Recommended Posts

I looked up the sugar content in the lemon slush and it is HORRIBLE. I used to get 2 or 3 a day. I am down to 1 small one. Since I have good restriction I could live on the slushes. That is sooo not healthy. I discovered them after I was banded by accident. I ordered my son an aple juice slush. The accidently gave us a lemon slush. He did like it so I drank it. Well, the rest is history.

I am down 1.5lb this morning. WOOHOO!!! 3.5 more by Valentine's Day!!

I cant resist jumping in on this one. I hope the "accountability" thing helps me. I have not a had a fill yet so I feel like I am dieting. I force myself to eat very little.

B - 1/2 cup Special K with red berries & enough milk to make it moist

L - 5 chicken nuggets from Wendy's

D - 1/2 cup baked ham, 2 bites mixed veggies, 2 bites coleslaw

S - 1/2 cup SF pudding

B: Egg, cheese and ham on english muffin

L: 8oz greek yogurt, 1 cup string Beans

snack at 4 PM 1 peeled and sections grapefruit

D: 4oz breaded baked pork cutlet, and 1 cup rice, I was craving it, so had it.

Oddly enough was hungry later on, so had 2 oz thinly sliced cheddar cheese and that did the trick.

I go for another fill on Friday, and I need it.

Renewed, sonic has THE BEST drinks! I love their slushes! I like the strawberry cream slush, I would imagine that is pretty high in sugar and calories! I used to always get a cherry limeade too, but now I can't have carbonated drinks, so I haven't had one in over 5 months!

You can get a cherry limeade slush! The lemon berry slush is awesome also.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
