  1. Try lying on your left or right side. Just don't lie on your stomach. I did that a couple of days post op and got a huge hematoma! Warm liquids and gas x or even rolaids help. Good luck!
  2. Here is my weigh in for this week: Start 240 Goal 220 Current 233! To go 13!!! NSV- I can wrap the bath towel around my waist and not see any skin!!! I am so happy I got the band. I never imagined I would feel sexy at 233 lbs!
  3. Hi, I am currently living in TN for the last 2 yrs but moved here from Appleton,WI. Was born and raised in Milwaukee. Had my band here in TN 11/9/08 and love it! My mother-in-law actually worked with Dr Chua in Milwaukee who does that LAP band and is excellent. Glad to meet you!
  4. B: decaf coffee with creamer 2 cups S: 4 mini hershey bars, 2T Peanut Butter L: cheese and ham omelet 1/2 cup. D: chicken with cream of chic and mush Soup, Uncle Ben's rice 1/2 cup S: oatmeal squares Cereal, moisted with skim milk 1/2 cup No wonder I can't lose weight!!!! Writing it down really makes you accountable
  5. My band nurse said that I could have 1 cup of caffeine coffee per day. I have to admit I probably abuse that. She said "I don't want to take away someones caffeine addiction".
  6. Hi, I'm from Knoxville,TN and had my surgery 11/8/07 with Dr Fromm in Chattanooga. Just have to get motivated to exercise!!!!
