First day of liquid diet- surgery set for 2/1/08

Hi- I started the liquid diet today, which is not great. I am 35 years old, stay at home mom, married, 4 kids. I want to lose about 150 lbs and am excited about the procedure, but of course, a little nervous too. I was at the doctor's office the other day doing my pre-op stuff and there were two women in there who had the surgery and both raved about it :rolleyes2: If anyone is interested in "going through this together" and are having surgery soon, please let me know. You can come join the Feb bandsters group. There are about 25 of us all getting banded in Feb!! A lot of us (me included) are on our pre-op diets. We're still trying to come up with a group name....but definitely come on over. There is a TON of support and info and great people on this forum!! Best of luck to you in this journey!
