MMMMmmm.. Edamame

Lauren wasn't lying!

This stuff is GOOD!!!

I got my lightly salted bags in the mail today, and I love it.

It tastes just like pistachio's IMO.

And I'm not a huge fan of pistachio's, but these are good. The texture is a lot nicer.

Num num!

How? You handle like you would chick peas in making hummus??
Pretty much. Played around with the tahini and lemon juice to get the right consistency. It didn't taste like hummus, but it was (IMO) really good.
I hope I can find this thread when I get back from my trip. I don't want to order something before I am headed out of town. I need to check the health food store too.

When you post to a thread, it subscribes to the thread, so all you have to do is go to LINKS, at the top, then down to Subscribed Threads.

I received my lightly salted dry roasted edamame from Seapoint Farms today! I've already tried some and they are very good. They are very crunchy and taste kinda like peanuts to me. The only bad thing was, they were a little dry and I was dying to drink something. But other than that, they are awesome!
