Day 1 pre-op diet = shaky inside??

1st day of pre-op diet for me. 4 shakes + 4 cups of veggies per day. I'm relatively ok except I feel something similar to shaking but inside... Don't know if I'm making sense? I'm not physically shaking but I feel like my inside is shaky.......

Just want to know if someone else had this and it went away.

Is the feeling similar to a coffee withdrawal or eating too much of something sweet?

Make sure you're keeping yourself hydrated. I literally kept myself hydrated to where my urine was clear and that helped the physical pain of hunger and feeling weak.

I’m thinking withdrawal from caffeine &/or from sugar. Any headaches? That’s another side effect (fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, etc. too). Often it takes 3 or 4 days for these symptoms to pass so you may struggle for a few more days.
