Good evening I had my procedure 3 days ago and it’s a bit challenging

Everyday it will get better. You just have to remember this is a journey. I am 4 months out today and I remember the first two weeks were rough.

Hello and welcome. Any surgery is tough on mind and body in the first 2 weeks. Bariatrics take it to another level when we have to drink and all our new tiny stomach wants to do is eject it.

Just do your best, I was told that would be ok for a few weeks. It took the pressure off somewhat. I must confess I did not do some Vitamins for months. Get passed this week and you will feel better. Ring your team if you start to get overwhelmed with pain or nausea etc

So glad I'm past the surgical gas and suture pain part. I will say that I underappreciated the full liquid phase of the diet, at least the choices were simple. This forum has been great. If you need to vent or need encouragement or advice, they are great. If you want a quick answer, you can search and will probably find a post about it.
