Vegan diets?

neither harder or easier. It's just that it may be more challenging to get all your Protein requirements in.

It's no different. I will, however, always dispute the well-worn myth that it's hard to get your Protein in. I've never had an issue. Once you know what foods are your higher protein options (and there are many), it's no more difficult than lacto-ovo diets. There's so much available these days!

It's also possible to gain weight on a vegan diet if one consumes more calories than they expend through physical activity.

Overall, a balanced vegan diet that emphasizes entire, nutrient-dense plant-based foods and incorporates regular physical activity may support healthy weight loss. However, as with any diet, individual results may vary, and it's important to consult with a healthcare professional before making significant changes to one's diet or lifestyle.
