So my diet is either 3-4 Protein Drinks

or

2-3 Protein drinks with a small protein meal 3 oz cooked and 1 cup cooked veggies/2 cups raw veggies

I usually snack at work but Friday I had a extra cup of cucumbers!! With 3 oz chicken and a cup of mixed cooked veggies

Yesterday i had 3 oz of steak, 2 cups of mixed veggies which was good.

Did they give you a list of things that constitute, "protein"? Is it just meats? Maybe try spicing it up different ways..?

Okay, so it is just meats and egg whites. I would suggest that you search for "Atkins Induction Recipes". That's what this list looks like, to me. Make sure that it's the Induction phase. :)

You're going to be thrown into ketosis. I would suggest that you add an electrolyte supplement to your diet, to minimize Keto flu symptoms. Personally, I use the Mio sport drops in my first glass of Water everyday.

Drinking my favorite Premier Protein Shake for breakfast, and planned a nice healthy lunch today. Protein first, Veg second, then fruit, and carbs last.  💪

Hello, I am 53 years old and just in the beginning of my process.  Lost my required weight prior to surgery, Psychological evaluation completed, meet with surgeon, meeting monthly with dietitian and now waiting for the perapproval from insurance.  Hoping for April or May.  Still to do on my list is joining a support group.  My weight loss clinic has one but I would like this as an option too.  I will be having the gastric sleeve surgery.  Excited for this journey.   Thanks for your support.
