Hi ladies wish you all luck its been 1week and 5 day since my surgery .i dont understand why you all had to do a liquid diet i didnt have to do that i just had to be on a 1500 cal. Diet and drink 5 bottle waters daily

You all will do awesome just get PASS THE GAS you will start dropping pounds immedetly i drop 20 lbs in 5 days.liquid diet for 2 weeks protien drinks broth chicken is good herbel teas popsickles sugar free NO MORE SURGAR EVER !!!!! I am scheduled for VSG on 3/9. Silly question but did anyone else plan thier "last meal" before they began pre-op diet?

My vsg is on 3/20, but my doctor requires a 30 day pre op diet so i started yesterday 2/20. For my last meal i wanted chinese buffet and planned it days ahead. Sooo worth it lol!

Hey VSG Buddy! I too am scheduled for 03/09. I am not going to do so. I start my pre-op on Thursday. I have already been doing low carb for the last month. I don't want to screw it up now. Good luck!!

My in person pre-op appointment is this week Thursday with a 3/8 surgery. He wouldn’t spring a pre-op diet at me suddenly..?! Kinda want to know now but just a few more days until I meet him in person and find out!
